KIDNEY STORIES
Kidney Stories is a page that is about telling your kidney story. If you are seeking a donor for a transplant, tell us your story. We want to help! Description Kidney Stories is a place where you can tell your kidney story. Are you in search of a donor? Are you on dialysis? Trying to avoid renal failure? Tell your story here. My name is Jim Myers, from Crown Point, IN, and I am an ESRD patient currently on dialysis,(Started Aug 2012) awaiting a transplant. I am on the list at Indiana University. My Kidney Transplant Coordinator is Kristy Williams, RN (800-382-4602)(Fax: 317-944-0346). If you are interested in becoming a donor, my Renal Transplant Coordinator is Linda Wood RN, CCTC (800-382-4602 or 317-944-4370). Her office hours are M-F 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. I am a type O blood type. That's my story. What's yours? Our theory is that we best help ourselves when we help others. I want EVERYBODY to get their kidney! If you stumble on this page and you want to share my story or the Kidney Stories Page, please feel free!
