James was born with kidneys that are underdeveloped and abnormally developed. His kidneys will never function at a level necessary to support his body.

We would LOVE for James to have a living donor give him a Kidney! Please consider sharing your spare kidney (you only need one!). If you are interested in getting tested, please contact the adult Transplant coordinatorPam Walker at 410-502-6153. James is O blood type and can accept a kidney from people who also have O type blood (+ or - type blood doesn't matter). Make sure you specify that you want to get tested to donate to James Paglio. Our insurance covers the donation related medical expenses. Thank you!!
