I was a trial attorney in the States of Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. I did discovery, trial work and appellate work for personal injury plaintiffs and criminal defendants. I tried close to 200 matters to verdict or settlement in personal injury. I prosecuted a number of appeals that resulted in a change in the law include Boger vs. Lake County, Indiana, 547 N.E.2d 257 (1989); Schaumber vs. Henderson, 579 N.E.2d 452, 454 (Ind. 1991); Geico vs. Rowell, No. 45A03-9806-CV-253 )(1999); Wilson vs. GM (Ind Supreme Court) http://www.apnewsarchive.com/1995/Indiana-Supreme-Court-Says-GM-Can-Be-Sued-Over-Airbag-Issue/id-fcf044dedf2d4e9ff554da6523a47c87.
